Apple Squares










Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats

  • 1 cup Stevia

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 2 cups unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 tbsp  cinnamon

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup chopped apples

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup ground walnuts (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix  flour, oats, stevia, cinnamon, and baking soda, applesauce, and apples.

  2. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan

  3. Sprinkle walnuts over mixture batter

  4. Place in 350 degree preheated oven 

  5. Bake 30 minutes

Tips

Use honey instead of sugar free syrup
