Apple Squares

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup Stevia
¼ cup brown sugar
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped apples
2 eggs
½ cup ground walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Mix flour, oats, stevia, cinnamon, and baking soda, applesauce, and apples.
Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle walnuts over mixture batter
Place in 350 degree preheated oven
Bake 30 minutes
Tips
Use honey instead of sugar free syrup
